In-house control

The fleet

Blend’s specialised fleet consists of more than 80 pieces of excavation, grading and compaction equipment, along with trucks and light vehicles. Blend’s low loaders and tilt tray allows for efficient transportation of the fleet between projects.  

The fleet is maintained at Blend’s Brisbane workshop by a team of in-house diesel fitters, auto electricians and fabricators. Field service vehicles attend to requirements onsite, ensuring maintenance is promptly completed and projects continue to progress without delay.

Complex projects require out of the box management strategies. Implementation of drone technology documents changing site conditions and provides daily updates,  keeping clients informed and allowing Blend to identify potential hazards and roadblocks before they occur.

In-house aerial surveying is made possible by Blend’s RTK equipped drone, with all surveyed surfaces transmitted directly to the office for 3D processing into volume or surface check models.
